The Los Angeles Family Law Help Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that has attorneys, paralegals, and law students available to work one-on-one with you to prepare the forms necessary to move your case forward.
We handle the following types of family law matters:
- Legal Separation
- Summary Dissolution of Marriage
- Child Custody/ Visitation
- Child Support
- Establishing Parentage
- Domestic Violence Restraining Orders
- Civil Harassment Restraining Orders
Our services are provided for a low flat-rate fee, regardless of income. These fees are separate from the required court fees for filing your documents. The LA Family Law Help Center will help you determine whether you can qualify to have the court fees waived.

The LA Family Law Help Center is available to assist self-represented litigants with preparing forms and answering questions about how to proceed with a family law matter. The LA Family Law Help Center staff does not represent you in court and no staff of the LA Family Law Help Center (other than an attorney) can, or will, give you legal advice.
