About Us

Background
The LA FAMILY LAW HELP CENTER was founded in 2007 by Mark Kiran.

Mr. Kiran developed the LA FAMILY LAW HELP CENTER, a public benefit organization, in order to provide cost-effective assistance to self-represented family law litigants.

Going one step further, Mr. Kiran established opportunities for attorneys and law students interested in practicing family law to gain hands-on experience.  He achieved his goal of establishing a community organization that could provide family law litigants with compassionate, meaningful, and convenient assistance, while giving law students and volunteers invaluable training and experience.
